  11. This library of DOS utilities include printer utilities to set printer
  12. control codes for the following printers: EPSON, NEC PINWRITER, IBM PRO
  13. PRINTER. Also includes a file lister and printer utility, a clock tick
  14. counter for test BIOSs and TSRs that prevent the DOS tick counter from
  15. operating, a utility to restore the video blink ability, a batch delay
  16. command to wait a set amount of time, and a telephone dialer.
